Supply chain logistics is a dynamic system, which is complex and changeful. It is difficult to predict the effect that a decision would bring by an individual capability, because of the system's complexity and up tempo, but computer simulation is an effective method to support decision making. There are already some mature simulative models in some aspects of logistic system, such as dynamical inventory management models, logistics distribution center allocation model and so on. These simulative resources is at existents of distribution, and when having a large scope simulation, it performs poorly of availability and interoperability, especially communication between these separately emulators. It has great significance to make simulative resources can be reused for supporting decision, and rebuilding distributed simulative resources to make them to cooperate is indispensable. So research on simulative collaborative environment is essential, and that can be helpful to supply an environment for supply chain logistics' business process simulation. In this thesis, common technologies and Architectures in distributed simulation are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages about HLA (High Level Architecture), which is used abroad, was represented first. In order to resolve the problems existed in HLA on network interaction and reusing simulative resources, new technology should be imported to simulation area. Rising about Web Service and developing of XMSF (Extensible Modeling and Simulation Framework) provide technical support to realize reusability and better cooperation of logistics system's distributed simulative resources to fulfill simulative assignment on the internet. XMSF expands the concept of HLA to the Web Service domain, so it was considered to be the assembly standard and the process set for modeling and simulation. Also SOA (service-oriented architecture) is a commercial modeling technology oriented the service and realizes system's loose coupling to be advantageous for the conformity and the coordination. And SOA can provide the guiding ideology for cooperative integrative construction of distributed simulation system oriented Web Service. Thus, this thesis emphasizes on providing a collaborative environment solution to accomplish simulation with networks, and distributed simulative resources can realize availability, reusability and interoperability in the given environment. We divide the supply chain logistics simulation system into three layers: Simulation Application Layer, Simulation Platform Layer and Simulation Service Layer. For supporting decision, this research tries to make the distributed simulative resources cooperative and interoperable to be competent for complex simulative demand, namely that's the Simulation Platform Layer. The research on system simulation's collaborative environment of supply chain logistics mainly includes following several aspects:(1) Define the principles of rebuilding the simulative resources into web service.(2) Provide functions of managing Web Simulative Services of logistics system, and implement the communication and cooperation between simulative resources.(3) receive the simulative requirement and analyses the demand, and then to fulfill task with the Web Simulative Services already registered. Therefore in the third chapter, principles of establishing Simulative Service are proposed first, mainly about standard information interaction and communication definition. In order to achieve the task assignment, the simulative service discovery and the business process's execution arrangement, we divide the system simulative collaborative platform into the Service Management Layer, the Service Arrangement Layer and the Task Assignment Layer three structures and functional Agents was built in each layer, those form MAS. The Task Assignment layer receives the simulative requirement and analyses the demand. Then the Task Service Arrangement layer fells the simulative services which are needed into execution process, with the help of Service Management Layer, so the given simulation can be completed.Design and realization of the simulative environment were actualized on next. Also simulations about some simple logistic experimentation were carried into execution to confirm the realizability and feasibility of the simulative platform. From above the theory about reusability and Interoperability of distributed resources is generally feasible.
