Since 1980s, with the global development of new technology and significant change in industrial structure, both developed countries and developing countries have started to establish high-tech parks. After more than ten-year efforts, 53 Chinese high-tech parks have entered a stage of "Second Life"—globalization. In this stage, human is the key element.Taking advantage of her study and internship in France, the author compares the situation of talent management informationalisation in Chinese high-tech parks with that in European parks, tries to find the differences and distances in talent management informationalisation between Chinese and European high-tech parks, set up a fundamental structure of Talent Management Information System for Chinese high-tech parks with e-HRM and software engineering theories and bring about some new ideas for enhancing the level of Chinese high-tech parks.The dissertation is divided into five parts, each part of abstracts as follows:The first part is research summary. It analyses the background of this research, explicates research question as well as the research goal and the significance, and explains the research methods.The second part is theory basis. It defines and explains the conception and the connotation of the talent management, elaborates the significance of the talent management, and at the same time induces systematically the research status quo home and abroad of e-talent management' relevant theory.The third part is theoretic exploration. First analyze the difference and distances in talent management informationalisation between Chinese and European high-tech parks and find the reasons, then use the real cases to prove the analysis above and make preparation for following design.The fourth part (including 3rd and 4th chapter) is the set-up of a fundamental structure of Talent Management Information System for Chinese high-tech parks.The fifth part sums up the research. It summarizes the conclusion of this research and states this article's limitation and the future possible research direction.
