On the other hand, analyzed market structure and factors of market structure in details, and evaluated market performance of China life insurance holly and deeply. At last, drew the conclusion on market structure in theory and practice, that is, market structure of China life insurance could maintained oligopoly monopolize character in a longer term, but looking from long development, monopolize competition is the aim mode of development of market structure.
