Research On Rural Infrastructure Investment Of Chongqing

The farmers'standard and condition of living rise, and the throughput of agriculture grow up, since Chinese government makes industry feed back agriculture and city feed back country. But there is a big gap between demand and situation of rural infrastructure investment, which is the primary capital of rural economic development. And it will be a bottle-neck to rural economic development. This dissertation study on rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing, want to change the situation of lack of investment, unsuitable resource allocation and lack of long-term planning and speed up the construction of rural infrastructure, in order to make sustainable use of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing and sustainable development of rural economic and city-country development as a whole.Firstly, this dissertation explains the conception, content and feature of rural infrastructure on a theoretical point, and analyze the relation between rural infrastructure and rural sustainable that is the construction of rural infrastructure making rural economic grow-up, making society harmonious and improving entironment. Secondly, this dissertation hierarchically analyzes the situation of rural infrastructure. Overall situation of rural infrastructure investment of China will be analyzed and then his dissertation analyzes the environment of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing. Then the situation of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing will be explained. Through situation study, especially comparative Study with developed areas such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong provinces, finding out the crux on rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing. Besides, this dissertation has explained the SWOT of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing. Based on past years series of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing, this dissertation employs EVIEWS soft to close to timing short-term forecasting model ARMA, and forecasts the total demand of rural infrastructure investment of Chongqing during"eleventh-five". This dissertation uses experience of construction, investment and management of rural infrastructure of developed country for reference, and brings PPP model (public-private-partnership), attracts private capital joining up the construction of rural infrastructure. Finally it brings forward related advices and measures on employing PPP model of construction of rural infrastructure.
