Study On Reconstitute Of Motivation Mechanism Of Tax Bureau In Jiangxi

Motivation is the core of manpower resource management. In modern business administration, it exist extensive research and application. In this thesis, I attempt to combine with theory analysis and demonstration research to explore motivation and the constitution of this mechanism of tax bureau. The thesis is divided into three parts:Chapter One, I will introduce the basic concept of motivation, demand, strengthen, fairness, etc. and explain the way of research. These concepts are more important for motivation and motivation mechanism. Introduce the basic concept would be favorable to motivation research. I investigate with questionnaire and interview in this port.Chapter Two, I investigate in personal demand, motivated method, motivation effect of tax bureau, through questionnaire and interview, and draw a investigation result. I investigate in three important subjects and draw some results.Chapter Three, on the basis of investigation result, I put forward my personal view of motivation mechanism of tax bureau, that is, it is based on material motivation, focus on self-realization motivation, supplement with ascription and authorization, which must be pluralism, adaptability, fairness. The result of investigate reflect personal demand, motivated method and motivation effect nowadays. The new motivation mechanism is based on this, and then I expose it with theory analysis and demonstration research.
