Research On Anti-poverty By Tourism Along Yellow River In Shanxi Under The Situation Of Central China's Rising

In recent years, the State Council of China has advanced several policies, such as "Central China Rising Strategy", "Building Socialism New Country" and "Strengthening Tourism Plan along Middle of Yellow River". At once, the government of Shanxi Province took measures to meet these targets. Governments and persons are being very positive about tourism. It's obvious that tourism can accelerate other industries because of its relations in the development of a region. Central China rises on one condition: that tourism advances first.In view of special factors of Shanxi Province and environment, economy and tourism resources along Yellow River in Shanxi, this paper demonstrate that anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow River in Shanxi has great reality significance. The article is divided into three sections:No.1 chapter: At first, this paper gives the region limitations of anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow-River in Shanxi: poor counties and poor people along Yellow-River in Shanxi; Then, it analyses the background of anti-poverty by tourism, in which we can know the reality significance.No 2 chapter: This paper tells the emergency and development of anti-poverty by tourism, defines it, and tells the possibility of anti-poverty by tourism because of its industrial characteristics Then, analyses the feasibility of anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow-River in Shanxi based on perceptions and intentions, tourism resources, location factors, financing factors, qualified persons and existing experience. No 3 chapter: This paper says the faced difficulties with anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow River in Shanxi Exploitation Strategies and their specific measures. PPT strategy, government-led strategy and sustainable development strategy should affect together which leads anti-poverty by tourism on a proper way.In my opinion, anti-poverty by tourism is practical. So we should pay more attention to and take part in the anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow River in Shanxi.During the preparation for this paper, I inspected the counties along Yellow River, visited tourism experts in Shanxi and consulted lots of books. Especially, the inspection is of great benefit to me. This article does a primary study on anti-poverty by tourism along Yellow River in Shanxi in order that more and more people can concern this theme.
