A Research On Operation And Development Of Innovative Enterprise

With the rapid advance in science and technology in modern era, innovation has become the intrinsic driving force and crucial determinant for country economy development during the course of rapid transition from the industry society to the knowledge. China has clearly put forward to building an innovation-oriented country, and taking it as a future-oriented strategic option. As the strategic goal of building innovative countries raised, the theoretical and empirical research of innovation enterprises emerging in domestic. The innovative enterprise comes to be a brand new conceptualization and mode for the organization development. It is an extremely tough task to complete such a systematic complex, which must be carried out under effective direction with solid theoretical ground. As the Chinese practice of building innovative enterprise goes further, it becomes more and more urgent to construct a theoretical framework and to find a strategy out for innovative enterprise in the context of Chinese transformation. That is what this dissertation targets to resolve.Based on thorough survey of the relevant research and empirical analysis in and abroad, this dissertation presents a systematic theoretical research and puts forward a three-dimension framework for innovative enterprise by incorporating multiple methods, like trandisciplinary research approaches, systems analysis and quantitative analysis, and so on.Firstly, this theory presents the concept system for innovative enterprise. Analyzes the connotation and characteristic of innovative enterprise, proposes the defining of innovative enterprise, and provides the qualification and function of innovative enterprise.Secondly, this study establishes the operation model of innovative enterprise. It carried on discussion and analyses in many aspects to innovation enterprise with systematic thought and view, innovatively puts forward the GSI~3 operational model of innovative enterprise based on government, social network and the inner innovative mechanism of enterprise, and set up a System Dynamics model based on innovative enterprise by analyzing the motive force mechanism and mode of the enterprise technological innovation.Thirdly, it explores the development path of innovative enterprises, discusses the dynamic mechanism, operating mechanism, restraint mechanism and overall business operation mode of the development of innovative enterprises, and proposes the government acts from three aspects: the select standard, the government strategies and platform building for innovative enterprises' development, it constructs an overall evaluation index system for the selection of innovative enterprises, finally, it submits the development strategy of innovative enterprise: persistent technology innovative strategy, personnel innovation strategy, corporate culture innovation strategy, brand innovation strategy and intellectual property strategy. In the empiric analysis part, it chooses ten representative domestic innovative enterprises to validate established evaluation model, studies their innovative strategies and makes a comparative analysis with them.In the last part, the author summarizes the whole work, reveals the inadequacies of the current research, and enlightens some possible improvements in both theoretical and empirical analysis for the future work.
