Managerial behavior has always been the focus of leading theory study, which remains in a "jungle." There was few study of managerial behavior in China, even though some research in the use of managerial behavior types, which also has been directly quoting foreign study, and they did not take into account the background in China and other factors. This paper aim at managerial behavior types in Chinese company, and using empirical research methods to do a new type of managerial behavior, then compare it with foreign classic managerial behavior types.Firstly, this paper has established 17 kinds of managerial behavior types on Chinese Managers through the analysis and research of study land study 2, and summarized that as seven categories. Study 1 made use of the analysis of twice coding by an opened questionnaire, the type of managerial behavior of Chinese senior managers in corporate and, "manager types of work and time allocation survey questionnaire" were gained. After the analysis, this paper got 17 types of managerial behavior, namely: "setting goal," "strategic planning", "decision making" and "inspection", "Executive" and "work sharing" , "internal coordination", "external liaison", "document processing", "HRM", "Finance work", "internal management system adjustment," "corporate culture", "market research" and "learning and access to information" " dealing with exception and sudden incidents", "miscellaneous processing"; Meanwhile, the factor analysis proved that, these types can be summed up in seven main categories: "planning", "internal day-to-day communication." "document processing", " the category of company development", "access to information", "temporary" and "external contact."Secondly, this study compared these 17 types of managerial behavior with 10 kinds of managers' role of Mintzberg and 11 kinds of managerial activities of Luthans respectively, and then analyzed the senior corporate managers' behavior characteristics in Chinese cultural background. In the comparison study, we found that: managerial behavior can not be completely independent, there is a certain degree of overlapping; with the flying of time, there must be some changes about some managers behavior even though their focus on the work; Chinese senior managers in corporate are more concerned about "the category of company development", and meanwhile "access to information" would increase the time; senior managers were not out of treatment companies trivial affairs work.
