Research On The Macro Distribution Plan Of Modern Rail Logistics Center

As one of the five transportation models, railway is the backbone of our transportation system. However, it hasn't played the important role as it should. In the face of drastic competition and the opportunity of the transport capability releasing, to develop modern logistics has been the necessary choice with reforming rail transport model, the rail logistics center is the key issue and the break point, it is the important support for the rail logistics. The construction and development should be based on reasonable distribution and operate in a network, and so micro distribution plan is the forerunner and basement, and is strategic and practical in the whole network construction. This thesis did some research about the macro distribution planning in the following points.(1)This thesis demonstrated how the rail logistics center come and analyze the concept and characteristics, and discussed where the rail logistics center will go including the market orientation, function orientation and the target.(2)This thesis discussed the concept of distribution planning of modern rail logistics centers, and made the boundary of this thesis' research including theory base of this thesis.(3)This thesis got the three levels space arrangement system including the country logistics center, the region logistics center and zone logistics center basing on the economics imbalance.(4)This thesis made a method of macro planning which includes fuzzy cluster and fuzzy interzone levels. And then this thesis proved the feasibility of fuzzy cluster and fuzzy interzone levels, and at the base of it, we get the results of rail logistics centers macro planning.
