Research On Reverse Logistics Based On E-Business

From the perspective of the entire supply chain, logistics system should include logistics and reverse logistics process, reverse logistics as a new branch of logistics, its importance has been increasingly known. As a new field,reverse logistics is fairly worth studying in practice. Especially for electronic business enterprise, the efficient reverse logistics management decides whether it can survive in the fierce market competition. Because electronic business network is virtual,electronic business cannot leave reverse logistics support,and the fusion between reverse logistics and electronic business has already become the irreversible trend. Researching the domestic and foreign related literature and investigating actual situation which a medicine and E-business enterprise implemented reverse logistics, the thesis discussed enterprises' reverse logistics management based on E-business.The thesis mainly divides into following five chapters:In chapter 1, the background of selecting the topic and the research significance were expounded, and the domestic and foreign related literature was induced, summarized and commented on, on the base of which the thesis overall mentality and the research content were proposed.In chapter 2, the related theories which the E-business and the reverse logistics include were outlined. In this foundation the reason which the reverse logistics appeared in E-business and the relationship between the E-business and the reverse logistics were analyzed. Finally from two aspects which were prevention and disposal, the reverse logistics management methods in E-business were summarized.In chapter 3, the four modes which were used in reverse logistics based on E-business were analyzed. They were the self-management, the third party reverse logistics, the enterprise strategy alliance and the ISP . Then the strategy achievements management appraisal tool-- Balanced Scorecard was used to analyze and compare the four modes above. On the base of that the method which combined expert method and AHP was made use of to help a medicine and E-business enterprise to choose the mode which was best fit it.In chapter 4, through uniting the characteristic of reverse logistics based on E-business, and using the life-cycle theory orientated, the reverse logistics system was designed scientifically to obtain the optimization. The thesis designed two kind of reverse logistics flow, under the information network support and under the organization network support.In chapter 5, four kind of reverse logistics game models were applied. Through the research analysis, the government best took the measure which both the control and the encouragement to spur the enterprise to dispose the reverse logistics, otherwise they would shirk the responsibilities. In view of the present situation of the reverse logistics development of the Chinese enterprise, the thesis finally discussed the reverse logistics strategy of sustainable development and advanced the suggestion which Chinese enterprise developed the reverse logistics.
