Study On Development And Landscape Plan & Design Of Leisure Farm In The Yangtze River Delta

Agro-tourism is a new ecological and cultural tourist form, which developing under specified socio-economic conditions and Citilized course. It is an intersect property between tourism and the deep exploitation on landscape of agriculture,village,garden city. Although the agro-tourism is growing up rapidly, as the investigation: the situation does not look very well. The number of tourists was reducing in some agricultural gardens and with declining income. One reason for such problem is that those agricultural gardens were lack of rational,systemic and pertinent planning. Agro-tourism is an multi-subjects,multi-angles plan project. Besides landscape designing,tourist planning, it also needs to take the balance between ecological benefits and economic benefits.This thesis combined theories in agriculture,folk-custom,tourism, attempted to analyze and settle problems of leisure farms in the Yangtze River Delta by using demonstration,comparison,planning mode building,case applying. Then, the thesis built a planning mode and used it in real cases, in order to provide the reference for future study in planning and designing.Firstly, the thesis analyzed the recent situation about agro-tourism in China, and divided them into four types: the visiting agriculture,the leisure farm,the folk-custom village and the farm belt. Then advanced the conception,the character and the types of leisure farm.Secondly, according to the classify and also considered the regional condition,the size and the supporting way, the writer chose 15 objects for investigation and research. These 15 leisure farms were: Shuai Qi Farm,Qian Sheng Farm,Shan Tian Milk Culture Park,Wu Chu Nong Geng Culture Park,Yu Zhi Farm,Cui Gu Farm,Long Si Eco-agriculture Park,Wei Qiong Farm,Jiu Long Wan Country Homestead,Sweet-scented osmanthus Park,Yan Yang Farm,Tomato Farm,Hua Zhuang Eco-agriculture Park,Yang Dun Leisure Farm,Xu Yuan Fishing Park. As the analysis of the commonness and problems of these leisure farms in its planning, the thesis advanced the planning mode for leisure farms in the Yangtze River Delta from theme planning,function setting,items designing,space planning and landscape designing. Finally, the thesis examined the mode in two cases, which were Dragon & Phoenix Leisure Farm in Zhouzhuang,Pan Long Leisure Farm in Nanjing.
