Research On Developing Countermeasures Of Heilongjiang's Processing Trade

Being the outcome of international division of labor, processing trade takes more than half of the total international trade of China, and it plays an important role in our economic construction. But processing trade in Heilongjiang province is backward in scale and growth and takes on a declining trend. How to promote processing trade in Heilongjiang province? This paper takes it as target and makes analysis of it.Beginning with the elaboration of international and domestic background, this paper utilizes summarizing,comparing and qualitative analysis methods combined with related theories, analyzes the practice of China's processing trade and then indicates the problems of Heilongjiang's processing trade. Five corresponding countermeasures are put forward on the basis of analyzing its internal and external factors in order to offer beneficial references to foreign trade in Heilongjiang province.The innovation of this paper is setting out strategies based on the present situation and characteristics of Heilongjiang's processing trade and combined with related theories. Firstly, combined with industry gathering theory, the author puts forward building a multitude of export processing bases to Russia and export processing parks to stretch industrial chains, that is, building the biggest industrial colony of timber processing in China. Secondly, combined with marginal industry expansion theory, the author puts forward catching the opportunity of promoting northeast old bases to develop Heilongjiang's processing trade, that is, accelerating the industrial escalation of processing trade.
