Research On Financing Structure Of SMEs In Cluster

Along with the economical development, small and medium-sized enterprise plays the more and more vital role in the economy; the enterprise cluster is to form gradually following with the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise and has provided the good business environment for the further development of the small and medium-sized enterprise. Two promotes each other and develops together. In some countries, small and medium-sized enterprise and the enterprise cluster's development enormously promote their own countries economical development. It has been allowed to say they have become the engine of economical development. In our country, small and medium-sized enterprise quantity is multitudinous, but develops slowly. Financing difficulty is the main reason, but the root of the financing difficulty is the unreasonable financing structure. This paper will research on the question about the financing structure and the optimization conducts of the small and medium-sized enterprise under cluster.This article firstly introduced the correlation theory, its present situation. The paper structure ,the research technique and the innovation place have been carried on the elaboration; then the paper has made the introduction to the enterprise cluster theory, the financing structural theory, small and medium-sized enterprise theory; after that the paper analyzed the present situation on financing structure and the existence question and influence factors on small and medium-sized enterprise; then the paper expounded the situation and the problems and causes of the financing structure of the SMEs in cluster and the status quo, advantages, problems and features of financing channels for SMEs in cluster; then the paper determined 4 principles which were used to optimize the financing structure of small and medium-sized enterprise, identified factors of the SMEs financing structure in cluster through Principal Component Analysis, elaborated SGR appraisal model under the equilibrium and the non-balanced condition for small and medium-sized enterprise financing structure; finally this paper elaborated strategies in three levels for SMEs financing structure optimization in cluster.
