While with the high speed growth, the regional disparities start to be a serious matter. The east, center and west three big regions differ in the growth rate. This makes the economy distance between eastern and western areas became bigger and bigger and still to extend.We all feel that it is the time to strengthen westem, development in order to achieve the justice and realize the goal of the common prosperity.
