China, Russia and India's population, GDP, and land area of the world accounted for 40%, 22.5% and 44% respectively. Cooperation of both politics and economy will result in great changes in the world. The energy cooperation is not only the result of a multi-polar world and economic globalization, and also the result of the three economic development needs. As China, India and Russia's sustained economic growth, energy demand and security at home and abroad has also become the concern of important issues. And the energy cooperation has become one of the effective ways that three countries solve their energy problems. There are some studies about the relations and energy cooperation between two countries , and there are also some papers about politics .But there is nothing about energy cooperation among them. The three governments and presidents have being thought much of it. And they have established cooperation in the energy mechanism for regular meetings and ongoing cooperation in energy feasibility study. Based on the three countries will be its national energy as the foundation for building the economy and the state's strategic objectives of the background, this essay analyzed the energy cooperation between the status quo, and on this basis to conduct a feasibility analysis.This first chapter outlines the China-Russia-India energy cooperation in the political and economic background. In this chapter, we have got that energy cooperation is the inevitable result, and they can not form a strategic triangle, after the analyzing by way of the international relations theory and international politic theory. Chapter 2 summarizes the energy cooperation between the two countries, mainly on the current situation in energy cooperation between the two countries. Chapter 3 presents some problems for energy cooperation in the three countries, especially on the "China threat theory" . Chapter 4 of this paper is the energy cooperation feasibility analysis of China, Russian and India, mainly from the oil, gas and electricity, nuclear energy cooperation. The last part is summary of this paper.
