Exposition Of The Establishment Of The Rural Old-age Security And System Choice In This Period

With the decline in the birth rate and rural population urbanization process accelerates, the speed and extent of the aging of rural populations is faster than in cities. Increasingly large elderly population in rural areas of traditional old-age security model poses a severe challenge, a drastic change in the economic structure and social fabric pushes rural social endowment insurance onto reform prospects. But our current rural social pension insurance system is not yet fully established, facing many problems; Non-formal type of old-age security system has many limitations. Therefore, solving the problem of the rural residents'old-age security, the choice suited to China's national conditions of the rural old-age security model is the urgent need to address the reality of our problems, but also an urgent need to examine the major issue in the theoretical circles. So how to solve? This article indicates the necessity of establishing rural old-age security system from the perspective of income distribution, for that to the existing old-age security system and a sort of objective evaluation, integrating formal and non-formal type of pension system of all these factors, and learns from foreign experience, to design a long-term development plans. It is the right way to achieve a smooth transition of rural old-age security and is consistent with the status of national development.
