Research On Government Management Pattern In The Development Of Minority Nationality Region Economy

Since reforming and being open to outside, China's economy has been developing vigorously. But most of parts of the minority nationality regions are non-developed in economy due to the geological, environmental and cultural reasons. With economical development trend in China economy, it is becoming the most caring question to the local governments that how to develop these regions and what shall be relied on for development. And the choices of the government management pattern come into the key problem.The thesis summarizes generally choices to the management patterns by the local governments in minority nationality region economy development. Starting with point view of regional public management and by comparing historical development of Su-south, Zhujiang and Wenzhou patterns, it analyses the functions of the regional management patterns represented by each local government under the background of regional economy development. Taking Baotou of Inner Mongolia as an example, the thesis analyses the responsibilities taken by the local governments in choices to the management patterns in the minority nationality economy development.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter stresses on the significance and purpose of this topic, research method and basic guideline. The second one introduces the governments' functions and management patterns in the market economy, with focus on foreign governments' central management pattern. The third one analyses and compares the management patterns chosen by the governments in phenomena of Wenzhou, Zhujiang and Su-south. The fourth one analyses the development history of the minority nationality regional economy, with Baotou city as an example. And the fifth one mainly focuses on choices of management patterns made by the minority nationality region governments under the conditions of market economy.
