At present, environmental problems have received all worldwide media attention. Those problems are serious as it is not possible to disregard it. The Global warming as the most important problem, there are many environmental problems in the world. For instance, air pollution, water pollution, ground pollution, etc. Those environmental problems retard economic activity in all over the world. Especially, The problem of the amount of the exhaust of the heat-trapping gas that brings global warming is the most important problem. So, The Emission Trading is remarkable from not only the enterprise, But also the financial institution. The emission trading is remarkable from as for the trend of the price of emissions, there is no proper price.In Europe, the Euro Climate Exchange (ECX) in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, the forward business and the spot transaction of the Emissions are done. And the International Petroleum Exchange of London Limited (IPE) in England has dealings of the emissions has begun since January, 2005. The USA hasn't ratified the Kyoto Protocol, But, the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) in Chicago, the forward business has begun. The group that has dealt the Emissions is enterprise and financial institution like other financial products.The present system of the emissions trading has two systems, Kyoto mechanism and EU-ETS. The proper price of Emissions doesn't exist because the emission trading is still in early stage. In this thesis, I analyzed the emission trading system and price.
