Positive Study On Minority Women's Employment In Sichuan Province

There are totally 55 national minorities in China, each national minority population is 123.33 million peoples, accounting for 9.44%(up to the end of 2005 national covariance data) of total population, adding up area to reach to 6,469,500 square kilometers, accounting for 64.3% of national area, majority of them distributes in the western 12 provincial capital areas municipalities. The national minority distributes is a ground of region broad, and the resources is abundant, to whole country it have great influence to National sustainable development. The harmonious degree of the population problem of the race region and the development condition of the society, economy, relate to the prosperity and powerful in the nation directly. The national minority women occupy a national minority employment 45% of the population, but they face lots of problem such as low cultural character, bad employment technical ability, narrow employment scope, etc. Face the impact of foreign economy and culture in the meantime, it become an important social problem that how to reply impact and challenge, develop the women's employment rate of the exaltation national minority and employment level, promote the social status of the this group body and ego approbation. This paper mainly analyzes the situation of national minority women's employment condition and their low employment rate , and analyze it's root cause, push the employment of national minority women by the way of "the market regulate, government leading, NGO help".
