Study Of Cost Analysis And Control In Logistics Enterprise

At present, the cost management of logistics enterprises in China is not mature and it is lack of scientific and canonical theory especially in the cost analysis and control. With these issues, this thesis summarizes the peculiarity of logistics enterprises distinguishing with the manufacture enterprises and provide the reliable theory and the factual basis to reduce the cost of logistics enterprises and analyses the logistics cost and cost control combining the reality.This thesis summarizes the various factors of the cost of logistics enterprises and analyzes these factors in gray- relation, thus the major factors are found out. In addition, the thesis makes the statistical analysis of the factors of cost control in logistics enterprises and the major factors can be forecasted with the model and gray-forecasting. Finally the standard cost is set down according to the forecast result and control the cost with the standard cost.This thesis summarized the effective measures to reduce the cost of the logistics enterprises and most of them are to reduce the cost increase caused by mistake and irrationality by controlling the rationalization of the logistic activities. Finally, the total cost gets lowest.At last the thesis demonstrates the above cost analysis and the control method taking some mining industry group's logistics centre as the example and applies the gray-relation, gray-forecasting, standard cost.
