The Study On Construction Of China Petrochemical Enterprises' Value Net

After over 50 years growth and development, the petrochemical industry of China, a new rising petrochemical industry power, grows bigger and stronger and wined its prominent reputation all over the world. However, with China's WTO entry, unprecedented fierce competition is unmercifully triggered. The globalization of world's economy and trading is accelerating the fluxion of elements on which enterprises'core competition ability lies, such as capital, service and technology, etc. Thus, Chinese enterprises are under superior suppression from multinational enterprises and severe internal competition within China. In this way, to guarantee the security of domestic enterprises, the petroleum supply needed with society development and the leadership of domestic petrochemical industry, is an urgent issue for us to solve. According to the analysis of net value theory, constructing a new value net for domestic petrochemical enterprises to promote competition and growth capability, could be of imperative meaning, considering the challenge of market.On the basis of value net theory and nowadays situation, this essay analysis the methodology for constructing the value nets for Chinese petrochemical enterprises deeply, brings forward the model of enterprise value net through DEA and multiple objective decision, put this model into practice and finally, get a conclusion.This essay does research in the construction of domestic petrochemical enterprises value net, through data collecting and enterprise survey methodology and qualitative and quantitative analysis. However, due to the scale of researched enterprises and other reality factors, the researched conducted in this essay could not be perfect and the main target of this essay is mostly for decision makers'reference use.
