| As the innovation of higher education in our country is carried out rapidly and powerfully, the course of higher education in a popular style expedites, and the problem of university student's employment becomes more and more prominent. Although our country has established an career institution of undergraduate's employment step by step which adapts tosocialist market economy system—market guides, government adjusts andcontrols, university recommends and mutual choices between students and units, employment of university student is still a complicated system engineer which needs effort of the whole society. Aiming at the austere employment environment and position, a university has to carry out effective measures to construct a perfect university student's career guidance system.Based on the analysis and comparison of current domestic and foreign student's career guidance, we study to build a brand new multi-dimensional career guidance system. As colleges and universities, the first, it is necessary to change our concept on career, including school's concepts on career and student's, which is the premise and foundation to build a brand new multidimensional career guidance system for university students. The second is to create a career guidance operating system for university students, including organizing, education, service and advocacy system so that we can achieve full career guidance and information during career guidance. The third is that we need to strengthen the construction of career guidance whole staff team, including leadership coordination, advisory services, professional teachers, information management and part-time work, and so on. Meanwhile, we should play professional teachers, student clubs, and Student's career guidance on the role that we can realize institutions of higher learning with a view to achieving a professional team and whole staff. |
