With increasing of enterprise production automation and intelligentization process, the equipment has occupied important position which is the major material base in the enterprise. It is the important component of modern business management to equipment management.The various repairing parts are called the spare parts which are prepared in advance in order to short repairing time.The spare parts management is the management of four links including supplying, managing, using, repairing. It provides materials guarantees for normal maintenance and urgent procession of equipment .So it is also an important of facility management .It is called the pillars of facility management, the others are operating management, examine-repair management.The spare parts management is hard work which is need to be wide knowledge , high requirement, heavy duty, because it involves the machinery content of many sides such as specialty knowledge, material management and financial affairs business accounting etc.The good or bad of spare parts management directly influence equipment maintenance time, maintenance quality, and the started rate of equipment as well as the free operation of equipment. What's more, it also influence many aspects such as outcome, quality, cost, date of delivery, safety and environmental protection of the enterprise. However, the spare parts management is weak point usually in processing of actual business management which not to be interested. Its' means and methods are insufficiency.This thesis has fully surveyed and studied on the foundation of same enterprise equipment spare parts management information systems, combined the reality needs of this corporation, applied advanced computer technology of synthetically application, IT's technology, network technology ,data base technology as well as advanced management ideas, used various principles and the method system engineering of and soft engineering , then it has designed the vocational stream, function model, data base system and so on of the spar parts management information system. It deeply studies a series of key technology of the codes and safe system of the system, has successfully developed the spare parts management information.The thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1) On the foundation of fully surveying and studying the present situation of the corporation work vocational and characteristic, it has planned the vocational stream of the system, and has designed the work stream of the whole system, and has realized the management of 4 links including supplying, managing, using, repairing the spare parts.(2) On the foundation of analyzing the reality needs of the equipment spare parts management system, it uses the parsing technique towards the object and utilizes building model tools IDEF0 and IDEF1X, it also has merited function model and information model of the system.It has designed data base system. This system has been thought over from the distributing-tactics of data base, and has studied compatibility and concurrency to the data and data issues etc the problems. Thus it has established the solid foundation for the successful development of the management information system.(3 )From the reliability, generality and economical development of the system, the system of security and information encoding is studied and set up, and the developing strategies are proposed scientifically. Furthermore, the serial key technologies such as maintaining forecast of the system are investigated deeply which is good guarantee in technology to the system. (4) Based on the theory and practice mentioned above, a full-functional, user-friend, easy-to-use archetypal spare parts management information system is implemented by the open platform, using Oracle and SQL Server as DBMS and JSP +JavaBean as development tool, which has put into running successfully.
