| Dairy industry is an important part of animal husbandry. Its development is not only helpful in improves of the diet and nutrition structure of Chinese,but also in adjusting of agriculture structure,raising the value of agricultural products as well as enhancing farmer's income.As our country's economic development,Dairy industry obtained development as well.After our country joined in WTO,Chinese dairy industry has integrated with the world market more,which created an wide condition for our country dairy industry. It is worthy of pay attention that whether Chinese dairy will be injured for the intense international market competition, yet facing the intense international dairying market competition and dairy tariff reducing largely caused import increasing.This thesis analyzed the basic theory of industry injury, directed by relative WTO rules and regulations,including definition and confirming methods of industry injury. The early-warning system of industry injury was built in the article, calculated the Chinese dairy injury early-warning index by expert-score method in statistics, using the data of Chinese dairy development. The result showed that our country's dairy was is in a safe operating situation, but Chinese dairy was impacted by foreign dairy import in some regions. At last the author proposed the countermeasures to the problems. |
