Study On The Partnership Collaborative Mechanism In Model Forest

Nowadays, the practical model of sustainable forest management still has been discussed. According to the background of model forest and the research object of partners cooperation in model forest, this study used the participant diagnosis and design to analyze the effects and problems of the partners cooperation in model forest based on the stakeholders and game theory, then it built the effective partnership collaborative mechanism which meets the local level and induced all the partners to join the sustainable forest management for promoting the practical process of sustainable forest management in China.The main research process and results are as follows:(1)It introduced the construction of International model forest network and Lin'an model forest, the research status quo of sustainable forest management and partners cooperation all over the world. Then, it put forward the main object, the research methods, content and the innovation.(2)It selected the stakeholders and game theory as the theoretical basis on this study, also used the stakeholders theory as the mainline of this thesis.(3)It introduced the main actives of partners in model forest, analyzed the effects of partners cooperation including the degree of satisfaction evaluation of different partners and argued that the stakeholders have the direct or indirect benefits from the development of model forest. Also it pointed many problems which existed in the partners cooperation, such as the deficiency of legal status, financial support, multi-participation, stakeholders management, monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and so on.(4)It put forward the objective, principle and content of partnership collaborative mechanism in Model Forest. To built the effective partnership collaborative mechanism which meets the local level and induced all the partners to join the sustainable forest management for promoting the practical process of sustainable forest management is the main objective, the principle included the validity, systematic, open and sustainable, the key mechanism included s the multi-participation mechanism, benefits balance and share mechanism and monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
