Organizational climate is the characteristic of the inner organizational environment; it can influence the behavior of organizational members. Knowledge creation refers to the amplification and embodiment of individual knowledge, and makes the knowledge part of the organizational knowledge network; knowledge created through knowledge conversion interacts in the spiral of knowledge creation.. This paper takes the full-time enterprise employees as research objects to discover the main components of organizational climate and the correlation relationship between organizational climate and knowledge creation. This paper also intends to study the organizational climate and knowledge creation's difference in terms of several demographic varies. The purpose is to help the enterprise to know the factors affecting the knowledge creation, so that they can form harmonious organizational climate to improve the knowledge-creating ability and set up effective knowledge creation system.The organizational climate scale this study used is Based on the well-known scale developed by litwin & Stringer, and then modified it by literature review, expert consultation, exploratory factor analysis and confirmative factor analysis, reliability and validity test, after such a modifying process, a organizational climate scale composed of six dimensions is formed. The knowledge creation scale developed by Nonaka is adopted by this paper and reliability test is taken as a way to ensure the scale is reliable.The research data is collected from Dalian, Shanghai and Guangzhou, which collects 340 valid samples. The results are shown as follows: Firstly, for organizational climate, the differences in terms of gender, education experience and rank is not significant, but significant in age, enterprise size and industry. Secondly, for knowledge creation, there is no difference in terms of gender and education experience, but significant in rank, enterprise size and industry. Thirdly, object and reward, warm and identify,support,conflict are significantly correlated with knowledge creation, structure is negatively related with knowledge creation, and autonomy and knowledge creation are significantly correlated expect for "internalization". Fourthly, warm and identify has positive and the greatest influence on knowledge creation, the object and reward influences all the dimensions of knowledge creation positively except for combination.
