Application Research Of Domestic-investment BOT Model In Construction Of Urban Infrastructure

Domestic-investment BOT is not only attracts the investment from home andabroad, but also makes it share the risk on the basis of gaining the income, besides, itcan make the efficiency for the project. Along with the boost of west development andurbanization, investments in the urban infrastructure construction are becoming huge.However, the traditional mechanism of investment holds the development of urbanand postpones the urbanization and the concept of urbanization. As a new investmentmodel in infrastructure construction, In recent years, although domestic-investmentBOT model has been used in some urban infrastructure construction, it still havemany difficulties. In this article, Yibin urban traffic construction is invested by SRBGas an example to explain its mechanism. By the research of the article, it is hoped thatcan be in favor of solving problems in the urban BOT project and promoting thedomestic-investment BOT applied totally in the urban infrastructure construction.the research of this thesis mainly includes following aspects:Elaborating the background and the research significance of this article, based onresearch results of home and abroad, the article proposes the problems should to besolved presently and research techniques about appilication of domestic-investmentBOT in urban infrastructure construction. descripting the definition and superiority ofdomestic-inves tment BOT. Analyzing the difficulties and risk factors existed indomestic-investment BOT, then establishing risk index system and discussing the riskevaluation method of urban infrastructure construction. Proposing related countermeasuresaccording to the difficulties and risks in carting on domestic-investment BOT in urbaninfrastructure construction. Combining the application of urban transportation constructioninvested by SRBG, the superiority of domastic-investment BOT is proved.
