Study On Applying System Approach To China Tourism Higher Education

By using the theories and methods of tourism, statistic, pedagogy and system science ,this paper sets forth the concepts and characteristics of system approach, then claims that it is necessary to apply system approach to china tourism higher education; at last ,gives a new layout plan on china tourism higher education with system approach on the basis of probing the present situation and open question of china tourism higher education deeply . On empirical research , with the system approach perspective ,the author has a case study on present situation of henan tourism higher education, and then puts forward the countermeasures for developing henan tourism higher education.Except preface and conclusions, the body consists four parts.Part one is the research progresses of tourism education on system approach. In the beginning, the author elaborates the concepts, characteristics and functions of system and system approach, then introduces the research progresses of tourism education on system approach at home and abroad, at last, appraises the research condition in China, and thinks that no scholar gives effective evaluation and intensive study on tourism higher education with system approach in China at present. Therefore, the article ' research is of great open and innovative significance.In Part two, the author investigates the present condition of china tourism higher education from vertical and horizontal perspective under guiding by system approach, then analyzes and evaluates the developmental feature of china tourism higher education comprehensively.In part three, china tourism higher education is analyzed and planned under system approach, then the countermeasures for optimizing, integrating each Subsystem of henan tourism higher education and accessing the function of whole system are probed into.In part four, the author analyzes the present condition of henan tourism higher education systematically in the background of henan economic development, and then delves further into the countermeasures for developing henan tourism higher education.
