In view of this, the subject will start production staffperformance appraisal system, Oil Production Plant frontline staff on thebasis of research work by the introduction of KPI performance appraisalsystem and method, The combination of performance appraisal productionplant status to establish an appraisal and implementation of systems, andspecially designed computer software operations, China's enterprises forproduction staff performance appraisal system with a set of new ideas andmethods.This paper is divided into six parts.
