The Research Of University City Based On Cluster Theory

This article bases to seeking the theory root about University City, explains the University City existence the inevitability, fully uses the rationale of the industrial cluster to research the University City formation mechanism, and on the bases, analyzes the questions which exists in the University City construction, then proposes the pointed countermeasure. Do these are advantageous to further instruct the construction of University City and it's good development.This article is divided into four parts. The first part, points out the background and the significance, summarizes main research content, and carries on the summary to the recent years about the cluster theory and the University City theory research. The second part, briefly introduces University City in our country appears background and development. The third part is the main body, including fourth, fifth and sixth chapters. Fourth chapter, bases on the cluster theory, from three aspects of the cluster effect, namely the economies of scale, resources sharing, the study and the innovation system to study the formation mechanism of University City. In the University City, the universities and enterprise's relative centralism, as well as between the universities and the enterprise's interaction relations can form the economies of scale; reduce the investment cost of the education resources. Through resources sharing, optimized the education resources, solution the resources relative insufficiency, and the repetition invests, and high waste phenomenon which brings by expanded recruitment of students.
