The studying fields about business credit management are wide extremely, and its definitions are various in economics, administration and some cross subjects, but its features are same yet. The difference of each definition about business credit management comes into being just because we study or observe it in various points of view , and it is emphasized from a view of business administration.Business credit management about domestic trade in marketing administration is studied mainly. That is the enterprise supervises inner control and management courses of safe of its sales and receivables by taking some means of management in style of flow when it takes an account sale.First, the study direction and sense are demonstrated, and related credit management theory in study field is expatiated in this article. Then the relevant information such as industry background, company size , sales manner and target customer etc. of BER are introduced, and the problem of business credit management in BER Chengdu currently is diagnosed. In macro aspect, the article anatomies and studies the company target, the degree of company manager's cognizance and the company organization. Then the article takes apart the company's customer relationship handling, management system, business flow of an account sale and the control flow of receivables in microcosmic aspect. After analyzing and diagnoses, the conclusion is that there is a great lack of inner business credit management in BER. Upon this conclusion, the solution method to push company inner credit management transform and to rebuild and effective system is provided.During pushing inner business credit management transform in BER, the article provides the general thought, a number of aims, institutions, principle and steps of the transform from the view of marketing management, then describes the transform from four parts of customer qualification, an account sale business, receivables and account in arrears.In addition, the article studies on the effect of credit management and the achievement of change target after six months of transform in BER. The article also concludes the research experience on studying credit management in BER, analyzes the reason of lack of inner credit management in middle and small corporations, and expresses the imperious wish of improving external credit surrounding of enterprises.
