With the extension of"Manufacturing Information Engineering of China", many kinds of advanced manufacturing technologies(AMT) such as MRP/MRPⅡ/FMS/JIT/CIMS have been introduced into domestic firms. But the implementation of technology brings firms with changes of workflow, working manner and salary revolution, and brings workers with problems on technology retraining, environmental changes and salary revolution, thus the unreasonable design of human factors might block the match between workers and technology, and further lead to unexpected implementation effects. In order to study the influence of human factors on the AMT implementation, this paper adopts empirical method to examine the relationship between human factors and the implementation effects of AMT. Through the literature review, experts interview and firms investigation, this paper classifies the human factors as training, equitable reward, empowerment and involvement, integrity of AMT team, and designs the human factors scale which is applicable to domestic firms. Further this paper examines the scale with the statistical data of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing firms, and concludes 4 dimensions with 17 items. Meanwhile, the implementation effects of AMT is classified as operational performance, organizational and managerial performance and competitive performance, and the organizational structure is classified as mechanistic structure and organic structure. Then this paper studies the influence of individual human factor on the implementation effects of AMT, and discusses their relationship under different organizational structure.Through large-scale questionnaires in international equipment manufacturing exposition, this paper utilizes the method of correlation analysis and linear regression analysis to discuss the influence of human factor on the implementation effects of AMT. The statistical results indicate that all the four human factors are positively correlated with the operational performance, organizational and managerial performance and competitive performance; the"integrity of AMT team"and"equitable reward"have significant influence on the operational performance; the"equitable reward","empowerment and involvement"and"integrity of AMT team"have significant influence on organizational and managerial performance; the"empowerment and involvement","training"and"integrity of AMT team"have significant influence on competitive performance. In the organization with organic structure, the interpretative ability of every human factor is all higher than the ability in the organization with mechanistic structure, and the types of human factors which have significant influences are more diverse.
