Research On Special Steel Enterprise Cost Management System

With the changes of enterprise environment inside and outside and the implementation of enterprise information system in iron and steel enterprise, the traditional cost management can not adapt to the enterprise's new requirement. The iron and steel enterprise production is a complex process, which is both discrete and continuous. The complex production process and diversiform production category makes the cost management difficult. The integrated cost management system is one of the choices, which can share the information with other systems, provide the timely and exact cost information for the enterprise, and provide effective tools to decrease the business costs and increase the economic profits.The paper does some researches as followed for the problems described above:(1) bring forward the cost management mode based on ERP/MES under the theory research on the Activity-Based Cost accounting method, ERP principle and MES elements.(2) design the operation model and the information alternation model, which is integrated with ERP and MES.(3) design the system under the model research above, and based on the theory research on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA).(4) Practicing the software prototype and according to real conditions and characteristics of the enterprise, adopting the J2EE 4-tier architecture, the cost management system.The cost management system based on the enterprise information system and advanced management theories. Adopts the cost management model integrated with ERP and MES, achieves the unification of flows of material, capital and information; It realizes the real-time cost accounting function and provides the timely cost information, and makes cost calculation more particular and greatly alleviated the task: It makes the cost accounting more accurate and rapid. Then the standard cost control system may acquire the credible data support. What's the most important is that the production cost system provides the timely and exact cost information platform, which makes the cost analysis and forecast convenient and also optimizes the production cost management.
