| These yeas, sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have won great success based on technology innovation and they are now becoming the stimulus of the technology improvement and playing an important role for the economy development. However, sci-tech SMEs have revealed many drawbacks such as lack of investment on R&D and high-quality talents as well as lack of core technology in the process of development. Simultaneously, as the accelerating pace and increasing complexity of technological innovation, enterprises' activities about technological innovation are increasingly confined by their limited resources and ability so that more and more technology innovations have transcended the borderlines among enterprises, industries or even nations. Under such circumstance, making full use of the cooperative network for technology innovation which can offer technology and other resources from outside, combining with the resources inside the enterprises is imperative. As a result, It can also reduce the searching cost and risk, and heighten technological innovation efficiency for SMEs.This paper is based on synergistic theory, trading cost theory and network organization theory. First, we analyze stimulus of sci-tech SMEs and technology intermediates, and conclude synergistic operation modes from technology intermediates' affect in sci-tech SMEs' technology innovation and features of program operation. In addition, we build up synergistic innovation network of sci-tech SMEs and technology intermediates, and state in detail that framework of synergistic innovation network, features and management of synergistic innovation network. Finally, we analyze Silicon Valley innovation network, which is valuable to synergistic innovation network in China.The synergistic innovation network presented in this paper optimizes innovation modes of sci-tech SMEs and is useful for government to make policies that promote innovations of sci-tech SMEs and technology intermediates. |
