Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Cultivated Land And The Application Of Its Results

Cultivated land is the essence of land, is the most important product factor, is the physical base of human's life and development. In our country ,the average of cultivated land is small, the relation of human and land is nerves. In order to manage cultivated land effectively, and realize the harmony development of human, resource,and environment, we must make systematic research on the resource of the cultivated land ,and know the number and quality of cultivated land is the first task. Take suixi county as the example, this paper make a deep study on the theory and technology .And use the result in order to resolve the relative simplicity of the cultivated land's occupy and fill balance , this dissertation provide rational evaluation method .It provide technological help to assure the quality of cultivated land will not descend .This paper gain the following operability.(1) build the database of operability. Use the basic maps, nature ,economic statistical data and survey data in the field ,and use GIS to build spatial database . By the quality evaluation of cultivated land, build operability. It provide a scientific reference to the management of cultivated land.(2) evaluate the the quality of cultivated land. Because of suixi county's especiality ,use correct ratio of appointed crops output and assurance ration and the theory, Make an evaluation on the cultivated land's the quality of this region. And it is divided into five grades ,they are fourteen to eighteen, and the seventeen is max, take up 49.41%.Available grade is divided into seven grades, they are nine to fifteen grade, twelve and thirteen grade is 37.17%,28.03%.The grade is divided into seven grades, they are six to twelve grade, nine and ten account for 23.99%,35.58%.(3) study on requisition compensation balance. Today, the phenomenon of occupy more compensate less is popular. One important reason is that we have not a Scientific, feasible evaluation method. This paper develop the evaluation method. And provide two types of compensation , occupy one compensate one, occupy one compensate one and occupy one compensate more. Make a systematic study on natural quality index, Standard Food output, land avail potential ability and profit balance. And at last make out a converted coefficient table, it provide a new evaluation method of requisition compensation balance.
