Study Of The Information Integrity Technology Of The Electric Power Enterprises

The thesis makes a study of the information integrity technology of the electric power enterprises through three dimensions, that is, the data integrity and the data center construction, flow integrity and flow center construction, and information system integrity and platform construction. The relative solutions to these three dimensions are also provided in the paper.Data integrity is to make an integrity about the sporadic operation data dispersing in many diversified and separate affairs application systems, set up the integrated data platform and form data centers, thus helping the electric power enterprises to realize data integrity management and resources sharing .Flow integrity is to analyze the flows existing in every system of the trans-departments and trans-enterprises, make a role-oriented integrity of the flows function-oriented, and set up the affairs flows centers with the purpose of consolidating the management of the affairs flows and enforcing the bottom data integrity and information transport.Information system integrity is to consolidate the MIS system, the power supply management system, power market technology support system, power marketing system, clients relations management system ,calling center, power assets management system and power ERP of the electric power enterprises , thus forming a unified supporting platform , through which the leaders, employees, clients, and suppliers can visit the information system within their power limits.According to above three projects, an overall solution project about the power information system is provided, which can help to realize the maximum information sharing between systems and facilitate the enterprises to support the system exploitation and development by consolidating the management of the affairs flows , regulating the affairs flows between departments , managing the data integrity , and fulfilling the rapid delivery of the data between departments. At last, the analysis is made about the implementation of the project and the implementation cost.
