| In the practice process of enterprise financial management, with the organizational structures transformed and administration structures regulated, the management behavior and the mode of a company's finance accounting has unnoticeably changed. Is it a superficial occasional phenomenon or must there be some inherent and necessary relations? What is the relation between this change and financial theory structure? The conducted research indicates that it is actually a kind of a new requirement which the enterprise power structure resulted from capital has constituted on the management behavior and the mode of a company's finance. Financial management structure has first adapted to and reflected the new circumstance and, what is more, the financial theory structure will possibly challenge the enterprise power structure, demanding it to make some corresponding changes.This paper is to observe the enterprise power structure and analyze the affect which it has on the formation of the enterprise financial theory structure from two different perspectives of enterprise organizational structure and company's administration structure, and further, based on the affect, study the power-centralized financial management, power-decentralized financial management of business operators and business owners as well as the relations between these two.This paper introduces the basic concepts of enterprise power structure, with the consideration of enterprise power structure and financial theory structure combined, exploring the affects that the transformation of the enterprise power structure has on financial theory structure and attempting to describe the orbit of the financial theory structure in the process of dynamic power tradeoff, that is, with capital as joint belt and with power-centralization and power-decentralization moderate, to construct an interactive and harmonious financial structure theory which concerns mainly finance of business operators as well as the finance of business owners. |
