| Japanese automobile enterprises Honda, Nissan and Toyota have invested and built up factories subsequently in Guangzhou, which means that the framework of Guangzhou automobile industrial cluster has been built up. Guangzhou automobile industry begins to recover and develop. The paper focuses on the problems which has appeared or will appear in the process of development of Guangzhou automobile industry and does research on Japanese automobile industry Keiretsu organizing construction as well as characters of Guangzhou auto industry by strategy-decision model, regression model, factor analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis above, the article provides strategies for development of Guangzhou automobile industry. |
