The purpose of customer relationship management is to improve the relationship between cooperation and customers. It collects modem management, new management system and application software together. The fact proves that the success of customer relationship management improves the core competition of companies and gains a lot of profits. In order to realize customer relationship management, some banks in China has provided a special business procedure for their customers and realize business information network and they also establish customer management system. Meanwhile, some banks still have some problems in the customer relationship management. The most serious problems are the lacks of knowledge of customer relationship management, too many managing levels, hasn't built up a unified system of customer relationship management, and defect of customer manager system. The author analyzed two different parts. One is the transformation of marketing and another one is the formation of core completion in enterprises. He proves that it is necessary to carry out customer relationship management in our banks. He pointed out the existing problems in customer relationship management in our banks of China and compared the successfulness of customer relationship management in other countries. He found out to improve the customer relationship management in our banks should establish a good business culture, improve organization, establish an information system, and a customer management system. He also put forward specific steps and recommendation for customer relationship management.
