Study On Characteristic Industrial Cluster With Economic Development In County Egion

During the recent three years, the CPC Central Committee made a breakthrough to put the concept of"County Economy" as a part of the state's economic development and economic reform. The county's macroeconomic policy has shown a clear direction towards county economy and the era of county's economic development has arrived. This paper has considered county economy as a relatively economic system, which is based on the county's history and culture, basic industries, natural endowments and comparative advantage.Due to the objectively convenient conditions, the author chooses the subject to research the role of wine industry on the development of Changli county. Based on the survey, this paper comes to the conclusion that the wine product of Changli county accounts for a quarter of the whole country and this industry has made the average income of each farmer increase 1000 Yuan or so per year. This thesis bases on the relative theory of regional economy to analyze the history and the achievements of the characteristic industrial clusters in Changli county and has got much enlightenment from it.Based on the strategic plan of the development of the county economy of CPC Central Committee and the State Council and through the survey in Changli county, the main purpose of the study is to find the correlation between the characteristic industrial clusters and the economy of county and to put forward some countermeasure to make county economy and characteristic industrial clusters to develop harmoniously.The research significance of this article is to probe into the general law of the correlation between the characteristic industrial clusters and the economy of county through the study on the law of correlation between the characteristic industrial clusters and the economy of county in Changli county and to put forward available countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows. First, the county's economic development should adjust measures to local conditions and rely on industry characteristics. Secondly, the characteristic agricultural industry cluster is propitious to the development of county economy. Thirdly, the development of industrial clusters should fully consider the characteristics of the main industries. Finally, the development of characteristic industrial clusters should adhere to the principle of opening. And this paper has advanced the following suggestions. First, the government should make correlative laws and rules to promote the development of characteristics industry cluster. Secondly, famous brand should be created. Thirdly, the structure of the product should adjust to the market demand. Fourthly, a world famous wine city should be established. Fifth, product with high content of technology should be researched. Sixth, a top-ranking managing environment should be set up. Finally, the brand, reputation and honesty of Changli county's wine should be enhanced.The main methods used in this paper are SWOT analysis and the correlation coefficient analysis.The innovations of this thesis are to analyze in virtue of the relative theory of the industrial clusters and to figure out the correlation coefficient of the output of wine industry and the total value of agriculture production in Changli county, which is 0.68.
