| The continuous development of the market economy system, the in-depthexpansion of economic globalization, and wider application of advanced managementtechniques, have greatly enhanced risk in the economic society, which results that riskmanagement and risk decision-making play a very important role in enterprises'business. Risk's factors, such as uncertainty, complexity and unpredictability, havegreatly influenced the improvement to the level of risk management, the exsistingtheorety and methods can not completely solve the problems in the risk management,coupled with the risk environment now enterprises located in presents new features.So, enterprises urgently need a systemic and effective risk management theory anddecision-making methods. Therefore, research on management and decision-makingof the risk in the modern economic environment has the value of the times.In recent years, many enterprises do business under the way of supply chain.There are many problems in China manufacture, and it faces many new opportunitiesand challenges, which make supply chain managemeng and project management bean inevitable choice for its development: Supply chain management can optimize theallocation of resources in a broader scope, train and use the furthest competitivenessforce of companies. By effective project management, enterprises can rapidlytransform resources in the supply chain such as capital, materials and information intoproducts and services the market needed. In this paper, by regarding theoreticalanalysis as base, systems integration as principle, risk-management processes as mainline, decision-making model as the core, from qualitative analysis to quantitative model, we systemically study project management and decision-making of projectrisk in the supply chain.Based on the identity of supply chain management and project management, wegive the new concept of supply chain project risks, and take supply chain as theextension of risk management and decision-making, and take project as the gatheringcenter of risk. According to the process of risk management, we in turn researchtheory of the supply chain project risk management thoriety and decision-makingmodel. First, in the strategic level, we introduce the objectives, principles of the riskmanagement, and establish the mechanisms to ensure the effective implementationand enforcement of the objectives and principles of risk management. Second, weestablish a risk-operation analysis model, in order to give the risks of the optionalsupply chain project full recognition and in-depth analysis. Third, we go onquantitative risk assessment, and establish risk decision-making model, in order tomake the risk decision-making by the choice of the project. Finally, we propose theprinciples and methods of the risk disposure, and establish supply chain projectoptimization model, within making the risk disposure real-time optimization.in theprocess of the project. In addition, we give two specific examples to analyse the riskdecision-making and optimization disposure. |
