| Along with the development of economic globalization and information technology, the market competition among enterprises intensifies gradually. The requirements of the customers are becoming diversified and changing from time to time, so it is quite difficult for single cooperation to meet all these requirements with the resources and knowledge that it owns. And the enterprises must improve all respects of the reactive potency in order to maintain the sustainable development. In the very background, improving the reactive potency of enterprises is the key to enhance their competitive power. Virtual Enterprise (VE) is one of the effective ways to solve the problem. It is a rational choice to found the VE for many enterprises, which can make use of preponderant resources and expertise in reply to the changing and unpredictable market requirements.Firstly, the basic principles of profit sharing for VE are researched in the thesis, and the common modes of profit sharing are also studied. The basic elements used by these modes are quantized and the common means of profit sharing are concluded.Secondly, the process and influence factors of partner selection for VE are presented, and the reasons of partnership alteration are analyzed. Three different modes of partnership alternation are presented, which are additional partnership alternation, replaceable partnership alternation and eliminated partnership alternation. The evaluation architecture of effective partnership alternation is built and the cooperative effects of potential partners are brought into the evaluation process.Thirdly, profit sharing for partnership alternation in VE is analyzed with the help of the characters of VE. Two different information systems are used in the analysis of profit sharing. Under the completed information system, the mathematical models of different modes of partnership alternation are built. After the operation and analysis of the profit sharing models, a conclusion is received, which is that the mode of eliminated partnership alternation has the largest motivation effect on partners under the completed information system. Finally, the mathematical models of different modes of partnership alternation are built and analyzed under the uncompleted information system. On the contrary to the completed information system, the mode of additional partnership alternation has the largest motivation effect on partners under the uncompleted information system, and its correctness is confirmed. |
