Through the analysis of characteristic and the objective, the thesis put forward the SCM model based on CPFR. It include 3 modules, forecast module, planning module and supply module, every module achieve their function based on data-base and function model. The forecast module forecast the market requirement of major product, it includes the quantity forecast and the attribute forecast of the product. Base on the quantity of distribution through forecast, the planning module constitute the order and send to the supplier and manufacturer. The supply module put forward the supply application to actualize continuous supply. The thesis design the operation process of every module, and design the structuring process of SCM which based on CPFR.In the next place, the thesis bring forward the key influence factor of SCM which based on CPFR, and research the cooperative partner selection, the performance appraisal index system and the mechanism of interests distribution. In the cooperative partner selection, the thesis take the supplier selection for example to put forward the process of supplier selection and construct the index system of supplier appraisement. In the performance appraisal index system, base on the aim of SCM, the thesis select the evaluation index from the cost of SCM, the quality of information sharing, the customer's satisfaction, and the cooperation intensity between enterprises...
