Study On The Way Of Financing During Developing The Red Tourism Resources Of Jiangxi Province

Red tourism is a new content of the tourist economy. It is the crystallization ofred spirit and modern tourist economy. Compared with other provinces, JiangxiProvince has its unique advantages on tourism resources, conformity of products,geographical region, transportation and potential market. Especially in recent years,the red tourism of Jiangxi has been developed greatly by exerting its advantages andholding the prosperous opportunities under the under the policies of both the countryand Jiangxi Province. Red tourism now is becoming the most vigorous economicgrowth pole. But due to insufficient developing capital and difficulty on financing, thedeveloping extent is incommensurate with our abundant resources of red tourism.This has become a bottle-neck to retard the existence and development of red tourism.Now, the way of financing red tourism enterprises is much limited and thedeveloping capital is raised mainly by themselves. The external financing excessivelydepends on loan from banks and the loan they get is too little to meet the developingneeds. This article is born under this background. There are some problems in redtourism of our province, such as, most of them keep an enterprise going bypainstaking effort, no deserved economic and social benefits are gained, and alsoproblems on way of financing during developing. In view of this situation, this articledevelops and creates new opinions abstractly, and gives out solutions correspondinglyby way of combination of theoretic analysis and effective examples. For example,through field survey to Jinggangshan beauty spot about its financing mode, Idemonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the mode of joint-stock coming to themarket for financing; through theoretic study of investment fund, I suggestestablishing an investment fund for red tourism of Jiangxi Province.This article consists of five parts. The fist part states out the meaning andpurpose of writing this article by introducing the red tourism resources of China andJiangxi Province. The second part points out the main modes and disadvantage of thetraditional financing mode by studying the way of financing during developing thetourism resources of Jiangxi Province. The third part demonstrates the feasibility ofthe mode of joint-stock coming to the market for financing by field survey toJinggangshan beauty spot. The fourth part studies the available conditions of themode of joint-stock coming to the market for financing. The fifth part gives asuggestion of primarily establishing a red tourism financing system which is in accordance with situations of Jiangxi Province by studying the feasibility on otherways of financing of red tourism resources.
