The Study On The Transformation Of Telecommunication Enterprise From A Case

The transformation of telecommunications enterprise is a requirement not only for development of era but also for enterprise's sustainable development .After two years of implementation, involved operators all felt tremendous pressure though they gained many achievements.Studying the enterprises transformation strategic frame and their risks in the transformation process from a concret case has the pratical signification for guaranteeing the success of those who are involved in the transformation.First, this thesis studies the changes of a local operator in south china caused by transformation, then on the basis of this ,from outside to inside, from point to face ,through analyzing macro environment changes and enterprise's own business,the article argued the necessity and urgency of transformation operators now are facing .Second, competition advantage is intensely emphasized in the thesis,that means communication enterprise should pay more attention to the four factors of competition while they are in the process of transformation:innovation,quality,efficiency and customer response. It is solemnly pointed out that the real objective of communications enterprise transformation is to pursuit competition advantage and long-term profitability. Transformation's support system ---organizational structure,controll system and corporate culture focus on the content of this dissertation which consist the guarantee system of transformation. Accordingly the transition effect dynamic assessment and examination system indicator framework is put forward, meanwhile the importance of execution is stressed. Finally, from the point of view of diversification of the communications business transformation risks that may exist, suggestion is given to help enterprises to avoid failure.
