Our high concerned about the security issue embodies the significance of the securities and protection. The securities and protection of the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas are confronting with the limitation of the technological innovations. Under today's gradually intensified market competition, it is profoundly significant for pushing forward the development of the securities and protection of the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas to discuss how to improve the strategies on capabilities of technological innovation of the securities and protection of the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas, moreover, which has also had the practical meaning to the development of economy in Pearl River Deltas.Firstly, this paper will retrospect the relative theories and documentaries to the technological innovation of the industrial clusters in the part of general demonstration; and the second part will demonstrate a defined analysis, by way of questionnaires to investigate the current technological innovation on securities and protection of the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas, and analyzed that issue and the current environment; Thirdly, this author will put forward they system structure for the improvement on the technological innovation of the securities and protection of the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas, which will be divided into three levels: core network level, middle level, external support level, and also the analysis of the influences between the different levels and the pushing effect on the internal technological innovation of the industrial clusters on securities and protection will be carried out; Fourthly, this paper will prove the internal network cluster system will improve the capabilities of the technological innovation by the utilization of the clustering analysis of SPSS and factoring analysis, and the Bivariat Correlations Analysis on the basis the results of the questionnaires done in the second part; finally, based on the investigation results, the paper will be concluded in suggesting the related techniques of how to improve the capabilities of the technological innovation on the industrial clusters in Pearl River Deltas.
