Performance appraisal is the core part of the business management. It is the"engine"to push the corporate development. Without proper appraisal, business development strategy could not get down to concrete working objectives. What's more, without proper appraisal, we can't make sure that whether the direction of employees' efforts is the same as the business goal. Therefore, establishing and fulfilling the performance appraisal system should be the sufficient and necessary choice for modern company.First of all, the article introduces the significance and background of subject selecting, trends of performance appraisal studying in china and foreign countries, and the contents and fashion of study. Based on performance appraisal system, this article analyses the problems in existing performance appraisal of DAJIANMEIKUANG, put up the basic things,the designing and discussing how to analyse job.Then, this article discusses the selection of performance appraisal method. According to the practicality, this article designs the performance appraisal system with the method that"KPI'is the core for DAJIANMEIKUANG. Afterwards, the design of performance index is expatiated. Company KPI, department KPI, individual KPI and performance appraisal index is gotten step by step. Work achievement is appraised with KPI which can be scaled in quantity, work attitude and work ability are appraised with depicting index mostly.At last, discussed the decision of performance standard, the confirmation of index proportion and the design of performance appraisal chart, the confirmation of performance appraisal period, the confirmation of performance appraisal examine fashion and the design of the performance appraisal process. Only work achievement and work attitude are appraised per month. However, not only work achievement and work attitude but work ability are appraised also at the end of the year, because this can properly appraise the employee properly and let them know how to improve their job performance and how to develop themselves.In a word, the improved performance appraisal can be applying to DAJIANMEIKUANG, it will do well to the stability and development of the company.
