Research On Case-based Tacit Knowledge Mining Of Enterprise

Modern enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges as a result of intellectual economy. The one who can bring up the core competitiveness of enterprises in the new economy times which is called the only unchanged things are changes is capable of getting the advantage, holding the market and succeeding. However, the tacit knowledge in the brains of employees that can not be copied and simulated is one of the key capabilities of enterprises. It plays an important role in the competitions of market contesting.This paper reviews the development and historical source of the theory of tacit knowledge management. The influencing factors of tacit knowledge extracting and conversion are summarized. The popular methods and technology of tacit knowledge conversion around the world are also summarized. Then the frame of this paper is proposed.A lot of tacit rules and knowledge ignored are hidden in the case data accumulated and the course of solving problems synthesizes tacit knowledge like the methods and technology used by employees and experts. When the tacit knowledge is acquring, expressing and sharing, ontology plays an important role. By introducing and analyzing the ontology, ways of solving problems, patterns of thinking, experiences, inspirations, routines, skills and knacks that can not be expressed by words are reprented.After setting up the frame of tacit knowledge extracting, the paper analyzes the case of the failures of transformers with the the arithmetic of mining in rough sets. The effectiveness and feasibility of the patterns of mining based on rough sets are proved. In the process of tacit knowledge extracting, the experience and choice of experts play an important role in knowledge finding.Finally, a prototype system of tacit knowledge extracting and management based on enterprise cases is completed. It can realize case inquiring, experts inquiring, rules inquiring and it also has some advantages like mutuality, convenience and openness. Moreover, the system can modify and add data of case database, enrich the case database, perfect the knowledge database and enlarge the enterprise expert's database.
