The developing of Japanese economy was very fast from 1960s, the status of the Japanese enterprise in the world market was world-shaking. Many scholars start to research the developing course of the Japanese enterprise and thought about it. In the 1980s <> <> <> <> have been published, spread and enrich the enterprise culture have been stir up in the whole world, the evolution of enterprise management has been arose. The theory of final object of management is to charge the behavior of human being in the organization has been found by research. Much improvement has been made on the research of the"human nature"in the organization, from the"robot-man""economy-man""society-man""rational man"to"the principal part"during the process of research on the theory of the enterprise management. The research on the enterprise culture is getting govern status gradually.The effects of enterprise culture on the competition and the core competition in different stages of the enterprise development have been discussed in this paper base on the research of enterprise culture and the analysis of the frame arrangement of the enterprise culture. Only the personal ability of the enterprise operator or the leader gets improvement, and help enterprise make"human as the main body, and harmonious"as the enterprise culture, the people in the enterprise can understand what the aim is for himself and the enterprise, and they can build better matter and culture environment by the same attitude on value, the same aim and the same responsibility. Base on the enterprise culture the person with ability can be absorbed, and the potential ability of the worker can be activized, and the core competition concluding the technology, enterprise report can be formed, and better future of the enterprise can come true.
