Along with the further development of the global economy and technology, especially with the advent of a knowledge-based economy. the competitive performance of the competition for talent, what kind of employees, how to use, how to keep employees become decision-makers and experts in human resource management are the major topics to be studied and answered.The policy, standards and procedures of the promotion mechanism, directly impact on the employees a sense of belonging. According to the survey, the reason for the departure of many staff is the promotion mechanism. Despite the constant improvement, it is undeniable that At present, there were some shortcomings in the management of promotions, or covert operations, or is unable to fully and accurately assess the performance of staff, or not afford every staff the equal opportunity for promotion, and so on, the existence of such problems. Not only detrimental to the development of enterprises, greatly dampened the enthusiasm of the staff and even the internal brain drain.Based on the Analysis of three main mechanisms of promotion, find out their problems ,and think about the more effective promotion mechanism, then raise the promotion mechanism based on the enterprise manager competency model.
